FX Compliance Manager – Regulated Broker

About the role

We are seeking an experienced FX Compliance Manager to ensure our regulated brokerage meets all applicable regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions. The role involves overseeing AML/KYC processes, risk management, and providing guidance to internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of FX regulations in offshore and onshore markets.
• Ensure compliance with AML/KYC requirements, client onboarding, and due‑diligence procedures.
• Monitor regulatory updates and advise management on impact.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports to authorities.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments.
• Monitor client trading activity for suspicious behavior.
• Review marketing materials for compliance adherence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of compliance experience in FX, financial services or banking.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CTF regulations, KYC procedures and offshore frameworks.
