GCC Content Strategy Lead

About the role

Canva is looking for a GCC Content Strategy Lead to drive content growth across the Gulf Cooperation Council region. Reporting to the MENAP Country Manager, you will shape and execute the content strategy that fuels user acquisition, retention and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the country‑specific content roadmap, ensuring relevance and scale.
• Own content health and production, collaborating with design, SEO, localisation and product teams.
• Monitor content performance across discovery, search and editorial surfaces and optimise for engagement and activation.
• Gather feedback from sales, partners and local stakeholders to refine strategies.
• Lead editorial initiatives, activate cultural moments and align with marketing and social campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in content strategy, business management and cross‑functional stakeholder coordination.
• Strong understanding of regional market trends and cultural nuances within the GCC.
• Ability to translate insights into measurable growth levers.
