General Finance Associate – Hospitality

About the role

Emaar Hospitality Group is seeking a General Finance Associate to support its accounting activities across its portfolio of hotels, serviced residences and leisure venues. The role focuses on maintaining cost and financial accounts, ensuring compliance with statutory and internal policies, and contributing to a service‑driven culture.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and report on cost and financial accounts in line with statutory requirements.
• Prepare day‑to‑day accounting entries and internal financial reports.
• Support the finance team in audit preparation and policy compliance.
• Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders, vendors and suppliers.

Required profile

• High school diploma in Financial Accounting; a college degree in Commerce or related field is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar finance role within a 5‑star hospitality environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Microsoft Financial systems.
• Knowledge of IBM Planning Systems.
