General Foreman – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

The General Foreman (Infrastructure) will lead multiple foremen and construction crews on large‑scale infrastructure projects in Dubai. Reporting to the Site Supervisor and Project Engineer, you will coordinate daily activities across several work fronts to ensure programme, quality and safety targets are achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and allocate work for multiple foremen and crews across all active fronts.
• Monitor work quality against drawings and specifications and enforce HSE requirements.
• Plan manpower, material and equipment to meet programme milestones, coordinating with Procurement and Stores.
• Track productivity, provide daily and weekly progress updates, and resolve resourcing conflicts.
• Mentor foremen, identify training needs and promote best practices in quality and safety.
• Introduce digital tools and innovative processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or trade certificate in a civil/infrastructure discipline.
• 8‑10 years of on‑site infrastructure experience, including 3+ years supervising multiple crews.
• Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC HSE regulations and construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and QA processes.
• Clear verbal communication in a multicultural environment.
