General Manager – F&B Multi Concepts

About the role

C2i, a forward‑thinking hospitality and lifestyle holding company, is looking for a dynamic General Manager to drive launch readiness and operational execution of new retail and food‑and‑beverage concepts across its growing portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Translate design and project milestones into full operational launch plans, covering systems, supply chain, recruitment, training, SOP rollout and vendor integration.
• Lead and inspire cross‑functional teams including front‑office, finance, back‑office and administration, while ensuring performance appraisals are completed on time.
• Oversee in‑house accounting, produce accurate financial statements, manage full P&L responsibility and approve purchase orders.
• Develop and maintain beverage programmes, negotiate contracts and partnerships, and continuously evaluate brand performance.
• Maintain inventory controls, conduct monthly reconciliations and ensure equipment cleanliness and functionality.
• Collaborate with brand owners, developers and internal leadership to meet brand standards, guest experience expectations and operational integrity.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in multi‑concept F&B or hospitality environments.
• Strong track record of delivering successful openings and managing full P&L budgets.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence brand owners and external partners.
• Ability to drive operational excellence, enforce standards and resolve conflicts effectively.
