General Manager Finance – UAE Real Estate & Corporate Finance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance General Manager to lead financial operations for our UAE‑based real estate projects and corporate entities. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure robust financial controls, timely regulatory compliance, and effective cash‑flow management across all Dubai operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day financial activities, including cash‑flow forecasting, working‑capital management, and payment processing for contractors, suppliers and staff.
• Prepare and present management reports on cash position, receivables, payables, project expenditures and financial commitments.
• Lead bookkeeping, monthly and annual closing, bank reconciliations, and project‑wise cost tracking.
• Coordinate preparation of financial statements, MIS reports and audit schedules for the UAE entities and the India‑based parent company.
• Ensure compliance with UAE corporate, accounting, VAT and corporate‑tax regulations, working closely with external tax advisors and auditors.
• Manage cross‑border financial transactions between India and the UAE, addressing tax, foreign‑exchange and remittance requirements.

Required profile

• Significant experience in finance roles within the UAE real‑estate sector, including familiarity with RERA financial requirements.
• Proven track record of managing cash‑flow, budgeting and financial reporting for large projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE corporate tax, VAT compliance and related statutory filings.
• Prior experience working in Dubai and coordinating India‑UAE financial operations.
