General Manager – Luxury Beauty Distribution & Omnichannel Retail (GCC)

About the role

The company is a leading luxury beauty distributor and omnichannel retailer operating across the GCC. Reporting to the Group, the General Manager will drive the next phase of growth, overseeing all commercial, operational and financial aspects of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full P&L, managing revenue, gross margin, operating expenses and profitability.
• Develop and execute the annual business plan, budget and growth forecasts.
• Lead relationships with international beauty brand principals and negotiate distribution agreements.
• Expand wholesale and key‑account distribution throughout the GCC.
• Oversee physical retail and e‑commerce performance, improving acquisition, conversion and loyalty.
• Design and implement growth strategies for the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and other GCC markets.
• Manage inventory, operations and organisational performance to meet commercial targets.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience with full P&L responsibility.
• Background in luxury beauty, cosmetics or related premium consumer goods.
• Demonstrated success in omnichannel retail, wholesale distribution and direct‑to‑consumer channels.
• Strong commercial and financial judgment with a track record of driving profitable growth.
