General Manager – Luxury Hotel, Dubai Palm

About the role

The General Manager leads The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm, shaping strategy and day‑to‑day operations to deliver world‑class guest experiences and strong financial results. This senior position requires a proven luxury‑hospitality leader who can uphold the iconic St. Regis brand while driving growth.

Key responsibilities

• Set overall direction for all hotel departments and execute business strategies that increase revenue, profitability and market share.
• Partner with ownership and regional leadership to meet short‑ and long‑term objectives.
• Oversee Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Spa, Engineering, Security and Guest Services, ensuring flawless execution of St. Regis service standards.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives focused on guest satisfaction, operational efficiency and risk management.
• Build strong relationships with VIP guests, travel advisors, key accounts and community stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years experience as General Manager in a luxury hotel environment.
• Progressive leadership experience with responsibility for multiple operational areas.
• Proven track record of managing complex luxury properties and delivering strong financial performance.
• Experience with internationally recognised luxury brands; Middle‑East or global market exposure preferred.
