General Manager – Middle East (Safety Technology)

About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced, commercially driven General Manager to lead its established Middle East business and drive the next phase of growth. The role goes beyond traditional sales leadership, encompassing overall responsibility for commercial, service and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the regional operation, overseeing commercial, service and operational functions while developing and executing a clear growth strategy.
• Shape regional strategy, structure and future direction, leveraging an existing team, partner and distributor network.
• Drive revenue growth with the ambition to double turnover in the coming years.
• Introduce and commercialise a new generation of connected safety products alongside the established portfolio.

Required profile

• Senior commercial leadership or general‑management experience in the Middle East.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE and wider Gulf market.
• Proven distributor and channel‑partner management experience with a track record of regional revenue growth.
• Experience selling technical products or systems into industrial or safety‑critical markets.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary commercial and operational teams.
• Commercially and numerically strong with strategic and operational capability.
• Hands‑on, decisive and emotionally intelligent leadership style.
