General Manager – Recruitment & Outsourcing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our recruitment and outsourcing division in Dubai. The role combines strategic business development with hands‑on management of staffing operations across both blue‑collar and white‑collar segments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase profitability and market share.
• Identify and secure new client contracts, negotiating high‑value staffing agreements.
• Lead business‑development, sales and telesales teams to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Oversee recruitment consultants, account managers and BDMs, setting KPIs and performance metrics.
• Design customized staffing solutions aligned with client workforce requirements.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in staffing, recruitment or manpower outsourcing.
• Proven track record in business development, client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Experience managing recruitment, sales and telesales teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the UAE manpower market.
