General Practitioner – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking a General Practitioner to deliver patient‑centric, evidence‑based primary care at Mediclinic Al Ain Hospital. The role requires adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements while providing high‑quality clinical services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, professional, and ethical clinical care to patients efficiently.
• Monitor and manage clinical risks associated with direct patient care.
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance, quality management standards, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Promote continuous professional development for self and colleagues.

Required profile

• Basic medical degree recognized by the UAE healthcare authority and a relevant specialty diploma or training.
• Active life‑support certification (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, NRP).
• 2–3 years of experience in a private hospital setting, preferably with exposure to Tier 1 healthcare environments.

Required skills

• Ability to facilitate clinical clerkship training for medical students and junior staff.
• Proficiency in using an electronic medical record system.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.
