German‑Speaking Business Development Representative

About the role

Join Easygenerator, a fast‑growing EdTech scale‑up, as a German‑speaking Business Development Representative. You will help expand our market presence by reaching out to prospective customers and introducing our award‑winning e‑learning platform.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage key decision‑makers through outbound channels.
• Conduct cold calls, send personalized cold emails, and initiate LinkedIn messaging sequences.
• Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points and goals.
• Create and prioritize strategic target‑account lists within a defined territory.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and pipeline progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
• Native‑level proficiency in both English and German (spoken and written).
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach.
• Strong communication, initiative, multitasking and time‑management skills.
• High energy, positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, international environment.
