Global Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Global Finance Manager to join an international telecommunications group headquartered in Dubai. Reporting to the Group CFO, you will own the financial control framework across more than 25 markets, ensuring consistent accounting policies and robust governance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Group's IFRS accounting policies, including telecom‑specific treatments.
• Lead intercompany accounting, recharge models, cost allocations, reconciliations and provide transfer‑pricing support.
• Ensure intercompany balances are reconciled prior to Group consolidation.
• Manage the financial compliance calendar for multiple countries and legal entities.
• Conduct regular balance‑sheet integrity reviews and challenge unsupported or aged balances.
• Provide expertise on complex technical accounting matters and liaise with external auditors.
• Develop and maintain delegation‑of‑authority and approval frameworks.
• Own finance controls such as chart of accounts, master data, journal approvals and segregation of duties.
• Support business transformation, new product launches, platform migrations and MNO/MVNO commercial arrangements.

Required profile

• Senior, hands‑on finance professional with experience in a multinational telecommunications environment.
• Proven ability to work closely with international finance teams and senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and telecom‑specific accounting standards.
