Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager – Priority Banking

About the role

Emirates NBD is seeking Relationship Managers and Senior Relationship Managers for its Priority Banking division. The role focuses on acquiring new high‑net‑worth clients, maintaining and growing existing relationships, and meeting revenue targets across assets, liabilities, investments and insurance while ensuring compliance with UAE Central Bank and AML regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new Priority Banking clients, present the product suite and close deals to achieve unit goals.
• Build and develop relationships with existing clients, leveraging customer service representatives for routine transactions.
• Provide comprehensive advice on banking, lending and wealth‑management products and proactively cross‑sell.
• Ensure client profiles are up‑to‑date, maintain confidentiality and assess risk tolerance for suitable recommendations.
• Monitor service quality, exceed client expectations and refer clients to other bank areas.
• Stay informed of market trends, competitor activity and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• University degree in Business or Finance; CISI certification preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in financial services or banking.
• Experience across retail and wealth‑management banking areas.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment and adhere to anti‑mis‑selling policies.
