Global Mobility & Immigration Specialist – Middle East, EMEA & APAC

About the role

The Global Mobility & Immigration team at Nutanix is looking for an experienced specialist to lead immigration, relocation and mobility initiatives for the Middle East, while supporting operations across EMEA and APAC. Based in Dubai, you will act as the regional subject‑matter expert and trusted advisor to HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, Legal and business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary mobility and immigration contact for the Middle East region and support activities across EMEA and APAC.
• Advise HR, Talent Acquisition, hiring managers and employees on immigration, relocation and mobility processes, policies and compliance.
• Assess sponsorship options and mobility solutions for new hires and internal transfers, in collaboration with external immigration counsel.
• Provide guidance on visas, work authorisations, residency and employment compliance requirements.
• Support employees throughout the entire mobility lifecycle to ensure a positive experience.
• Administer immigration, relocation and mobility programmes in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate immigration records and employee documentation within HR systems.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors (immigration counsel, relocation providers, tax advisors) to ensure timely, compliant case management.
• Assist with audits, reporting, policy administration and compliance tracking activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global mobility and immigration, preferably covering the Middle East, EMEA and APAC.
• Strong knowledge of immigration, work‑permit and relocation regulations.
• Ability to act as a subject‑matter expert and trusted advisor to cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Based in the United Arab Emirates.
