About the role
The Governance Analyst will support a prestigious client in Abu Dhabi by managing and coordinating the full lifecycle of committee and board processes. This role ensures that governance documentation, decisions, and regulatory filings are accurate, timely, and confidential.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end committee and meeting processes, including agendas, meeting packs, minutes and governance documentation.
- Track action items, follow up on decisions and ensure timely closure of resolutions.
- Maintain governance calendars, annual schedules and committee timelines.
- Liaise with senior management, committees and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and execution of decisions.
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of the corporate governance framework, including reviews, audits and compliance activities.
- Manage governance reporting, corporate filings, regulatory submissions and official documentation.
- Ensure proper organization, confidentiality and accuracy of governance and corporate records.
Required profile
- Proven experience in committee coordination, corporate governance or board administration.
- Exposure to corporate governance, legal or company secretarial functions is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent); additional qualifications in corporate governance or company secretarial practice are an advantage.
