Graduate Software Engineer (Python) – 2027 Programme

About the role

Revolut is looking for a graduate Python Engineer to join its 12‑month Graduate Programme. You will work with a global technology team building scalable systems and data pipelines that power millions of financial transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain backend services using Python 3.
• Create and optimise data pipelines and integrations.
• Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams to deliver high‑impact features.
• Write clean, test‑driven code and participate in code reviews.
• Deploy and monitor services on Kubernetes, Docker and GCP.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a passion for technology and finance.
• Willingness to relocate to a tech hub (UAE, Poland, Portugal, Spain or UK) and work on‑site three days a week.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
