Graduate Trainee – Other Discipline (UAE Nationals)

About the role

The ADNOC Fresh Graduate Program offers a structured, temporary trainee position for UAE nationals from other academic disciplines. Participants will gain on‑the‑job experience across ADNOC’s business units while developing professional competencies.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through assigned business areas to understand core operations.
• Support project teams with research, data analysis, and reporting.
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and competency assessments.
• Contribute to improvement initiatives and deliver assigned tasks on time.

Required profile

• UAE national with a recent university degree in any discipline not listed elsewhere.
• Medical fitness suitable for the work environment.
• Clearance from the Ministry of Interior (certificate of good conduct).
• Successful completion of ADNOC’s entry assessments and interviews.
• Completion of National Service, unless legally exempted.
