Graduate Trainee Program – First Line Supervisor Track

About the role

The National Graduate Trainee Program is an 18‑month structured training pathway designed to develop UAE nationals into first‑line supervisors. Graduates will receive on‑the‑job training, technical development and leadership coaching while being mentored throughout the program.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a one‑month familiarisation in the assigned department to understand core functions.
• Follow a customised development plan covering technical, managerial and leadership competencies.
• Participate in regular progress review meetings with an assigned mentor.
• Undertake on‑the‑job training aligned with the target supervisory position.
• Transition to the designated first‑line supervisor role upon successful program completion.

Required profile

• UAE national holding a family book.
• Maximum of 2‑3 years of experience; fresh graduates are preferred.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Chemical, Mechatronics).
