Graphic Design Manager

About the role

Atlantis Resorts is seeking a Graphic Design Manager to lead the creation of visual concepts that inspire, inform and captivate audiences across its luxury resorts in Dubai. You will translate brand guidelines into compelling multi‑channel assets, from print collaterals to digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt creative concepts for various materials while maintaining brand consistency.
• Produce world‑class designs that meet Atlantis brand standards.
• Design resort collaterals, marketing channels, signage and campaign assets, including video editing.
• Deliver digital design and user‑experience solutions.
• Provide production support for photoshoots and content shoots.
• Develop and refine brand guidelines as needed.
• Conceptualise and ideate creative solutions based on briefs and business requirements.
• Manage internal stakeholders, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met.
• Oversee progress and quality of projects assigned to the Graphic Designers team.
• Create efficient project‑management processes and foster an engaging team environment.
• Manage budget, advise leadership and collaborate with other departments on new initiatives.

Required profile

• Proficiency with the latest Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects).
• Demonstrated experience in the luxury or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills to guide projects from concept to execution.
