Graphic Designer

About the role

MD Real Estate is looking for a Graphic Designer to join its in‑house marketing team. This is not a production role – you will take a marketing brief and create a full visual campaign system across digital, social, performance, print and events. You will work on property launch campaigns, developer partnerships, roadshows and corporate presentations in Abu Dhabi’s fast‑paced real‑estate market, reporting to the Marketing Director and collaborating with sales, digital and content teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop campaign key visuals and adapt concepts for digital, social and paid formats, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta, Google Display, website banners, landing pages, email and WhatsApp.
• Maintain MD Real Estate’s visual identity while respecting developer brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in typography, colour, logo usage and imagery.
• Prepare print‑ready artwork, large‑format prints and outdoor advertising, performing final checks and liaising with suppliers.
• Create marketing collateral such as property brochures, flyers, floor‑plan presentations, event invitations and VIP communications.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably with agencies, real‑estate or premium‑brand projects.
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field (preferred).
• Strong conceptual thinking, excellent visual taste and high attention to typography and detail.
• Ability to interpret briefs independently, develop a visual direction and deliver polished, commercially effective work under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Working knowledge of typography, grid systems, layout, colour theory and brand identity systems.
• Experience with digital design specifications, print production/pre‑press and export optimisation.
• Familiarity with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma and AI‑assisted creative tools (advantageous).
