Graphic Designer & Video Editor

About the role

Index Holding is looking for a creative professional who can blend strong visual design with basic video editing to support its marketing and communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will produce eye‑catching assets for social media, campaigns, and internal communications while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design static visual content such as flyers, presentations, event materials, and digital graphics.
• Adapt designs into multiple formats and dimensions for web, email, and social platforms.
• Maintain brand guidelines and a library of reusable templates and assets.
• Edit short‑form videos for social media, event coverage, and internal messaging, adding simple transitions, captions, and overlays.
• Organise and archive video project files and raw footage.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate briefs into compelling visual concepts.
• Repurpose existing content to maximise reach and engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Digital Arts, Visual Communication, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design and digital content creation.
• Strong understanding of visual composition, branding, colour theory and typography.
