About the role

Anantara Downtown Dubai, a luxury hotel brand rooted in Thai culture, is seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Groups & Events Executive to support the planning, coordination and successful execution of group bookings and events.

Key responsibilities

Manage client inquiries and prepare proposals and contracts.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless event delivery.
Build strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
Monitor market trends and maintain exceptional service standards.
Deliver memorable guest experiences throughout each event.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in a 5‑star hotel.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a highly pressurised environment.
