Growth & Partnerships Manager (B2B) – UAE

About the role

TradingView, the world’s largest financial analysis platform, is seeking a Growth & Partnerships Manager to drive the adoption of its B2B products across the UAE. The role is fully remote within the UAE and focuses on building strategic alliances with financial institutions, brokers, fintech platforms and media companies.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage an outbound pipeline targeting financial institutions, brokers, fintech platforms and media companies.
• Handle inbound partnership requests from initial contact through to signed agreement.
• Diagnose each partner’s commercial goals and craft tailored proposals and pitches.
• Position the full range of TradingView products to meet partner needs.
• Guide partners through technical integration and ensure post‑signing volume generation.
• Collect market feedback from partners and relay insights to product and business teams.
• Apply a rigorous test‑and‑learn methodology: measure results, adjust tactics, and discontinue ineffective approaches.
• Enhance TradingView’s reputation with institutions in the UAE and contribute to global growth.

Required profile

• Native or professional fluency in Arabic and strong professional English (written and spoken).
• 3‑5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or partnerships within the financial services sector.
• Proven ability to manage the full sales lifecycle, from sourcing to integration and revenue generation.
