About the role

Sana’s Go‑to‑Market (GTM) team drives the launch and expansion of AI‑powered products. As a GTM Associate you will help uncover market opportunities, shape product positioning, and support strategic sales initiatives across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify emerging market needs and trends to inform product development.
• Analyze strategic requirements of large organizations and map how Sana’s solutions address them.
• Support new market expansion efforts and help define the GTM motion.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to create tools, blueprints, and processes that enable scaling.
• Assist in preparing market research, competitive analysis, and sales enablement materials.
