About the role
First impressions are everything. Our Guest Arrival Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences, ensuring each stay is memorable and unique.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports and share local area highlights.
- Move about the property, stand, sit or walk for extended periods, and handle objects up to 50 lb unaided or over 75 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work, supervisory experience, or specific licenses required.
