About the role
Our Guest Experience Experts create memorable stays by guiding guests through every step of their visit at Marriott Al Forsan. The role involves delivering a wide range of services, from check‑in to local area recommendations, while maintaining a safe and professional environment. You will be empowered to take initiative and ensure each interaction feels part of the overall experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide seamless guest services, including check‑in, check‑out, and handling guest requests throughout the stay.
- Process operational needs, complete reports, and share local area highlights to enhance the guest experience.
- Address guest inquiries promptly and resolve issues in a courteous manner.
- Move freely around the property, performing physical tasks such as lifting objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform light physical tasks for extended periods.
- Maintain confidentiality, follow company policies, and uphold quality standards.
