About the role
The Guest Experience Expert (AYS Agent) at Sheraton The Walk Dubai ensures every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless stay. Working across the property, you will proactively address guest needs, provide local insights, and support operational tasks throughout the visit.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with check‑in, check‑out and throughout their stay.
- Process operational requests, complete reports and handle guest inquiries.
- Share highlights of the local area and recommend activities.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment and uphold company policies.
- Perform physical duties such as standing, walking and lifting items up to 10 lb.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
