About the role

As a Guest Experience Expert – CID Agent at W Hotels, you will be the face of hospitality on Yas Island, delivering memorable, personalized service throughout each guest’s stay. You will work on the front line, ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out while creating unique experiences that reflect the brand’s innovative spirit.

Key responsibilities

• Process operational needs such as check‑in, check‑out and guest requests.
• Address guest inquiries promptly and provide local area highlights.
• Complete daily reports and maintain accurate records.
• Move around the property, lifting and carrying items up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Uphold safety standards, company policies, confidentiality, and professional appearance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience needed.
• No specific license or certification required.
