About the role
The Guest Experience Expert creates memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay at The St. Regis Downtown Dubai. This full‑time position involves proactive service, operational support, and local area guidance.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of guest services from check‑in to check‑out, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete required reports.
- Provide guests with highlights of the local area and personalized recommendations.
- Move around the property, handling objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect assets, and uphold professional appearance and communication standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
