About the role
The Guest Experience Expert – Guest Relations Agent creates memorable, personalized stays for guests at Westin Dubai Marina. You will be the face of the hotel, guiding visitors through every step of their experience while upholding Westin’s wellness‑focused brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of guest services, from check‑in/out to personalized local recommendations.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests promptly, and complete daily reports.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment and protect company assets.
- Move throughout the property, standing, walking, and handling objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
- Uphold professional appearance, uniform standards, and clear communication at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or professional licenses needed.
