Guest Experience Expert - Guest Relations

About the role

The Guest Experience Expert creates memorable, personalized experiences for guests throughout their stay at The Ritz‑Carlton Dubai. You will be the face of the property, guiding guests, handling requests, and ensuring every interaction feels seamless and exceptional.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of guest services, from check‑in/out to personalized recommendations.
• Process operational needs, address guest requests promptly, and complete required reports.
• Share local area highlights and assist guests in planning activities.
• Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect assets, and uphold confidentiality.
• Uphold professional appearance, uniform standards, and clear communication at all times.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and moving objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
