About the role
The Guest Experience Expert is the face of the hotel, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable stay from arrival to departure. You will work across the property, delivering personalized service and handling a variety of operational tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Guide guests through their entire stay, providing information and assistance.
- Process operational needs such as check‑in, check‑out and reporting.
- Address guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Share local area highlights and recommendations.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, and protect assets.
- Uphold quality standards, confidentiality, and professional appearance.
- Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
