About the role
The Guest Experience Expert creates memorable and unique experiences for hotel guests throughout their stay. Working on the hotel floor, you will be the primary point of contact for operational needs, guest requests, and local area information.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests from check‑in to check‑out.
- Process operational tasks, address guest requests promptly, and complete required reports.
- Share highlights of the local area and provide personalized recommendations.
- Move around the property, standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods.
- Lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or professional license required.
- Ability to work on feet, follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and uphold quality standards.
- Professional appearance and communication.
