Hygiene/EHS Coordinator – Emiratisation Program

About the role

As a Hygiene/EHS Coordinator you will support the implementation and monitoring of hygiene, food safety, and environmental health and safety standards across the hotel. You will also assist in ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, HACCP requirements, and corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring hygiene, food safety, and EHS compliance across all operational departments.
• Support internal audits, inspections, and corrective action plans in line with HACCP and UAE regulations.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to hygiene and EHS standards.
• Coordinate training sessions and awareness programs on hygiene, safety, and environmental practices.
• Act as a liaison between operational teams on EHS‑related matters.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of hygiene, food safety, or EHS standards, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with operational teams.
• Proactive, reliable, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Motivated to build a long‑term career in compliance, quality, and safety leadership.
