About the role

Our Guest Experience Experts create memorable, unique stays for guests by guiding them through every step of their visit. They are empowered to move throughout the hotel, address needs promptly, and turn routine transactions into part of the overall experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services that support guests throughout their stay.
• Process operational needs, respond to guest requests, and complete reports.
• Share highlights of the local area to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Protect company assets, uphold quality standards, and ensure professional appearance and communication.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and placing objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Ensure confidentiality of guest information and protect personal data.
• Assist guests with local recommendations and coordinate with other hotel departments.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
