Guest Experience Expert (Russian Speaker)

About the role

Our Guest Experience Experts create memorable, personalized stays for guests at Ajman Saray, a Luxury Collection Resort. The role goes beyond standard check‑in and check‑out duties, requiring proactive engagement with guests throughout their visit, from welcoming them to sharing local highlights.

Key responsibilities

• Guide guests through their entire stay, promptly addressing requests, providing information about the local area, and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Process operational needs, complete reports, and support smooth check‑in and check‑out procedures while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following company policies, protecting assets, and upholding quality standards.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, lifting and carrying objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• No prior hospitality or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
• Professional uniform, appearance, and communication.
