About the role

The Guest Experience Expert (Spa Receptionist) plays a pivotal part in creating memorable and unique experiences for hotel guests. Working in the spa area, you will guide guests through their stay, handling check‑in, check‑out and a wide range of service requests while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.

Key responsibilities

Deliver a broad spectrum of guest services, including processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports and sharing local area highlights.
Move throughout the spa and hotel spaces to ensure smooth operations, handling objects up to 10 lb and maintaining a safe, clean environment for guests and colleagues.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
No prior work experience required.
No supervisory experience required.
