About the role
The Guest Experience Expert (Spa Receptionist) plays a pivotal part in creating memorable and unique experiences for hotel guests. Working in the spa area, you will guide guests through their stay, handling check‑in, check‑out and a wide range of service requests while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a broad spectrum of guest services, including processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports and sharing local area highlights.
- Move throughout the spa and hotel spaces to ensure smooth operations, handling objects up to 10 lb and maintaining a safe, clean environment for guests and colleagues.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
