About the role
The Guest Experience Expert – W Insider Agent creates memorable, personalised experiences for guests throughout their stay at W Hotels on Yas Island. This full‑time, on‑site role blends operational support with guest‑focused service, ensuring every interaction feels unique and effortless.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests from arrival to departure.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests promptly, and complete daily reports.
- Share local highlights and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect assets, and uphold quality standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting items up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
