Our Guest Experience Experts deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay, from check‑in to check‑out, ensuring memorable and unique experiences. They are empowered to handle operational needs, respond to guest requests, complete reports and share local highlights while moving throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Process operational needs and complete required reports.
• Address guest requests and share highlights of the local area.
• Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect assets and uphold quality standards.
• Ensure professional appearance, uniform compliance and clear communication with guests.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking and moving objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect company information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
• Ability to stand, walk and be on feet for extended periods.
• Capability to lift and move objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
