Guest Relation Agent

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Guest Relation Agent to join our Dubai hotel team. The role is the front‑line face of the property, responsible for creating memorable first impressions and delivering personalized service from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet all guests at the entrance, providing tailored escort services based on VIP status and preferences.
• Maintain lobby standards – cleanliness, lighting, brochures and overall aesthetic – and take corrective action when needed.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, confirm room assignments, arrange transportation and prepare customized amenities.
• Inspect VIP rooms to ensure cleanliness, maintenance and amenity availability meet premium standards.
• Organize special occasion gestures such as birthday cakes and personalized greeting cards.
• Engage guests in the lobby, distribute feedback forms, promote membership programmes and collect insights.
• Conduct courtesy calls and offer personalized amenities to long‑stay guests.
• Provide attentive escort services for VIP guests during checkout and manage lobby ambiance throughout the day.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Languages, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• 0‑3 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality or customer service.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal communication.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Opera property management system or similar hotel management software.
