About the role
The Guest Relations Agent will be the first point of contact for guests at Sheraton Dubai, ensuring a memorable and seamless stay. This role is focused on delivering personalized service, handling guest requests, and promoting the local area’s highlights. The position requires a female candidate fluent in Russian to cater to Russian‑speaking guests.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out processes efficiently.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and service requests.
- Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Prepare and submit operational reports and incident logs.
- Handle light physical tasks such as moving items up to 10 lb.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluency in Russian and good command of English.
- No prior experience required; willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand, walk, and be on feet for extended periods.
Required skills
- Russian language proficiency.
- Basic computer literacy for reporting.
