About the role

As a Guest Relations Agent in the Food & Beverage area at Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating welcoming and memorable experiences throughout their dining journey. You will manage reservations, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with restaurant teams to ensure seamless service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude and ensure they feel valued during their dining experience.
• Handle reservations, seating arrangements, and guest requests efficiently while providing accurate information about menus and promotions.
• Address guest feedback, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate closely with service and kitchen teams to guarantee smooth operations and timely service delivery.
• Uphold Hilton’s high standards of hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Follow health, safety, sanitation, and company policies to maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
