Guest Relations Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Relations Agent to join The Lana in Dubai, part of the Dorchester Collection. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring memorable experiences that reflect our brand’s heritage of luxury and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Guest Experience team to continuously improve guest satisfaction and service standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist in the coordination of special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the hotel’s service proposition.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
• Support front‑desk operations during peak periods as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
