About the role
The Guest Relations Agent delivers memorable, personalized experiences for hotel guests throughout their stay, ensuring smooth check‑in, check‑out and all interactions in between.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs and complete required reports.
- Address guest requests promptly and provide local area highlights.
- Maintain a safe, professional work environment while moving throughout the property.
- Handle objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
- Uphold company policies, confidentiality, and asset protection.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Professional appearance and communication.
