About the role

Join the Culinara team at One&Only One Za'abeel in Dubai as a Guest Relations Executive. You will be the first point of contact for guests, creating memorable experiences that reflect the brand’s commitment to joy, creativity, and warmth.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests warmly, ensuring a memorable first and last impression.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow efficiently.
• Build strong relationships with regular guests and VIPs.
• Handle guest feedback, requests, and concerns with professionalism.
• Coordinate closely with restaurant management and service teams to deliver seamless service.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences.
• Support special occasions, events, and promotions to enhance the guest experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, or a similar front‑of‑house role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, well‑presented, and service‑driven personality.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
