Guest Relations Executive

About the role

The Guest Relations Executive is the first point of contact for visitors and prospects of OliOli® Children’s Museum and its sister venue Hoppi®. Based in Dubai, you will turn inbound inquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering a warm, solution‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels with professionalism and empathy.
• Manage the full inquiry‑to‑booking journey: follow‑up, quote, close and record details in the CRM/booking system.
• Achieve daily and weekly conversion and response‑time targets.
• Upsell additional activations, services and packages where appropriate.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, café and other internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and fulfil guest requirements.
• Escalate complex or high‑value enquiries and resolve complaints promptly.

Required profile

• Strong sales mindset with a proactive, go‑get‑it attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask, stay organised and meet performance targets.
• Customer‑focused approach with a genuine desire to create joyful experiences for children and families.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and booking software.
