Guest Relations Officer – 5‑Star Resort

About the role

As a Guest Relations Officer at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from arrival to departure in a luxury 5‑star environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Provide personalized service and anticipate guest needs to create memorable moments.
• Promote hotel facilities and identify up‑selling opportunities to enhance the stay.
• Maintain accurate records using the Opera property management system.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of Guest Relations experience in a 5‑star resort in the UAE.
• Multilingual abilities (Arabic, German, Russian, French) are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to build relationships with all stakeholders.
• Clear communication and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Opera property management system.
