All-Day Dining Waiter/Waitress – Ras Al Khaimah

About the role

Join the All‑Day Dining team at the Waldorf Astoria in Ras Al Khaimah and deliver memorable food and beverage experiences to guests. As a Waiter/Waitress you will support the service team, uphold high hospitality standards and contribute to the restaurant’s smooth operation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the captain or head waiter throughout service, ensuring prompt and courteous guest service.
• Maintain and replenish service stations – sugar dispensers, condiments, cutlery, linen and POS terminals.
• Clean and polish trolleys, tables and cutlery, and follow the daily cleaning and closure plans.
• Promote in‑house sales by staying knowledgeable about outlet menus, promotions and daily specials.
• Support staff during peak periods and assist with waste‑reduction initiatives.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service, including alcoholic drinks.
• Basic mathematical skills for cash handling, making change and processing guest checks.
• Strong English writing ability for completing requisitions and vouchers.
• Ability to work standing for long periods in a confined restaurant environment.
